Dr. Nate Patocchi Doctor of Chiropractic
I approach chiropractic as a practice of listening. Your body is constantly communicating through sensation, movement, tension, breath, posture, pain, and ease. Rather than immediately asking, “How do we make this go away?” I’m interested in a different question: What is your body asking for, and how can we meet it?
My work uses gentle, precise chiropractic adjustments alongside movement, breath, touch, and awareness to explore the patterns your body and nervous system are organizing around. Sometimes that means creating more ease. Sometimes it means helping something move that has felt stuck. And sometimes it simply means becoming curious enough to listen before deciding what needs to change.
I don’t see health as a destination we eventually arrive at. Our bodies change. Our lives change. What we need changes. Health is an ongoing relationship with life: listening, responding, learning, and adapting to what is here now.
That understanding shapes the relationship I hope to have with every person I work with. I’m not standing outside the process as the doctor who has “arrived,” fixing someone who hasn’t. I’m in it too. My training and experience inform how I meet you, and my own continued learning keeps the work alive.
Ultimately, my intention is not to tell your body what it should be, but to help you develop a clearer relationship with what is already happening within it. Chiropractic becomes one way of participating in that conversation and creating the conditions for your own intelligence to express itself more fully. There is no perfect body to arrive at and no final version of ourselves to become. There is simply the ongoing practice of meeting what is here with curiosity, presence, and less force, more intelligence.
